Whenever I try to print I get a paper jam. I have carefylly removed the jam but it is still hapening every time I try to print. As you face the machine the paper is jamming on the left hand side. The machine seems to take hold of the paper on the left only.I looked into the machine after removing the the drum to determine if I could see any pieces of paper that would cause the problem and found nothing. I used a flash light when doing this.

Some times when paper jams a printer it damages the sensors that continue the printing process. I suggest you revisit the area where the paper jam occurred and check for the tiniest particle still lingering between the rollers. Remove what rollers you can by hand and inspect the surfaces and alignment. Put them back in the order you removed them and try again to print.
Try using regular paper on unit as specified by Samsung. If that does not resolve the issue then the hassle lies with the paper feed mechanism. Often a good cleaning of all the rollers in the path can take care of the issue.
There may be an obstruction inside the printer. Try this....remove the paper from the paper tray and put paper in the handfeed tray (front of the machine) If it feeds from that tray it means that the feed rollers in the bottom cassette are worn.
Previously when you had tried to printing any paper the printer has adopted paper jammed error but at this time you have not turned off the system. The printer has configured paper jammed whenever you are trying to print. It represents that it want to restart the system. Unplug the printer and reconnect to your system.
As i can understand whenever you try to print with rear door closed printed page should come on top from top output roller however paper gets jammed.
Try to print a page using rear door open and it should come out from the rear drop down tray it printed page comes out successfully with rear flap open than paper gets jammed at top due to faulty top output roller.
However if the paper gets jammed at fuser with rear door closed than it is issue with fuser in that case you need to get fuser replaced at the same time replace 20 tooth gear next to fuser.
