try this. switch off your phone and turn it on. while phone is starting up. press the * key + answer key(green) + 3 key together till the welcome tone play.

BE SURE YOU BACK-UP ALL YOUR FILES SPECIALLY PHONE BOOK FOR THEY WILL BE DELETED.. YOUR PHONE GOES BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL SETTINGS.
