Im using acer laptop 4736z. when i got the laptop i was using win7 but due compatibility issues had to switch to winxp.now recently i again upgrade to win7 ultimate but having problems.1st problem is bluetooth .when ever i connect my nokia 5235 phone with laptop bluetooth it says bluetooth pheripherical device missing and set up is not completed.it shows error. then iagain tried to change to winxp but it didnt allowed saying compactibility issue. if i try to start from bootable disc it shoes some error and says to check hdd. i did all the things but problems remains .i even tried to reinstal win7 but the problem remains the same.please helpplz help

Go to the website www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/ and download the windows 7 upgrade advisor to check the components which are not compatible and also check whether your Processor support 32 bit or 64 bit OS.If it does not support the 64 Bit Os ,the only option will be to set up the machine using 32 bit OS win7.
you can install win xp ... as a second os ,,, or you can uninstall win7 and install a fresh copy of xp ,,, but you may need a copy of xp with ahci drivers included or else you'll get ( can't find any hard disc ) message ... win7 don't support upgrading or downgrading from another windows version (vista,ex...etc ) or to another version ...
Try to reconnect hard disk to your motherboard. After retry to install win7 and re-partition hard disk ( Warning:- All data will be lost). If this doesn't solve the problem you should get assistance from your reseller as it may be due to hard disk failure...
If it's built-in, your webcam driver shall depend on the model of your laptop. But since you mentioned that you upgraded your OS to Win7, you should find a driver that is compatible both with the brand of your laptop AND Win7.
If you're using an external webcam, it usually comes with a driver when you bought it. But it's possible that the driver is not compatible with Win7 also. So again, you should find a driver that is compatible with Win7.
You can always return to your old OS if you cannot find those drivers.
