I searched Google using the error code you provided and found this problem to be very common. The most common solution was this: [quote] open device manager click "system devices" disable "microsoft UAA bus driver for high definition audio" uninstall "UAA bus driver" make rescan devices (Note: Not all had this step. You may want to skip it.) install realtek driver the realtek driver includes the UAA driver too. Good luck

also consider flashing BIOS if u still have problems with devices

u can also try direct intel link for ur vga and chipset as it is 945 series try this it is better if it works i think it will

You are using 32bit OS right? It is limited to that if you want consider using 64bit.

You must replace the processor cooler with something like

and add a case cooler which will plug in the Aux power connector (that looks just like the power connector for the processor cooler).
