Question about Canon ZR60 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
Check the output from the AC Adapter first. If no good, battery not charging/dead so nothing works. If good, camera needs service - could be anything. There is probably at least one surface mount fuse.

I checked the ac adapter you know the square thingy that connects to the other ac cable, well came to find out that the other cable wasn't all the way plugged in the square thing, so next time someone has a problem with the power make sure everything is plugged in right. thanx

my camcorder wont turn on even with the ac adapter
I have the same problem, the power indicator light will not turn on with the charged battery or the ac adapter. i live in a remote area, is there a way i can check if a fuse is bad, or what would u recommend?

I have the same power supply problem. The camera will not turn on with the charged battery or the ac adapter. I live in a remote area is there a way for me to check for a bad fuse? Or what else can you suggest?
cam corder does not come on at all. i have tried charging battery unsuccessful.
Exactly as you have described .. Happened as I went to connect the firewire output
I do not have battery charger, only ac adapter and new batteries still wont power camera. I am able to power camera through wall adapter but the wall power adapter will not charge battery through camera.
I have an Aiptek Pocket Cam and cannot get it to power on. I have put in two new sets of batteries so I know that is not the problem. The green light does come on when I have it connected to the computer and it will show no music files at that time. Any suggestions.
Have used the Cam till all the power exhausted, then I tried to charge it using the adapter. But the Camcoder is not charging.
haven't used the cam in years. plugged it so it can get it to charge but the charge indicator light won't turn on and the cam won't turn on either so I thought the battery could juz be dead. So, I bought a new battery pack and the round battery. Still won't turn on after I connect the charger. Charge indicator light still won't turn on. I don't know what else could be the problem.
De repente ya no se enciende
i accidently plugged the wrong charger to the camerea and i think it may of short circuited dos anyone know what exactly i did to my camerea? where can i repair it
Haven't used the camera for about a year. Finally found a charger for the battery, verified batteries have voltage but camera still won't turn on.
my VLz3U camera will not charge either. bought a new battery, had the adapter checked. the charge light will not come on, nor will it power on with the adapter plugged in, It does flash for a split second (internal light) but goes off right away.
Used my TRV250 4 days ago, packed it with luggage and flew back home, tried to turn it on and nothing responds. Even when I hook it up to the charger or use the back-up battery: nothing. ?
