I turned on my player on today and I got the little RIO boot up image... then i see "upgrader" Then nothing. I can't play the songs, i cannot access my songs via my computer as external drive like i usually do, and there isn't really any response from the player WHILE connected to the computer. Right now, it just shows that Rio boot up image and it has been sitting there for 10 minutes. And probably will remain so until I unplug it from my computer. HELP! I can't recover my music and i can't play my music. Any suggestions? :(
Go to http://www.digitalnetworksna.com/support/rio/product.asp?prodID=235, Load the latest music manager. Then load the firmware upgrade.
