Hello,browser settings vary from one country to another and from one service provider to the other. You can easily obtain them from your service provider or just tell me who your provider is and i will get them for you.

You should configure first the setting of the network, and it can only be done by requesting to your network provider to send to you a configuration setting, after you recieved it, you'll need to save that setting and it will automatically configure the set up.
call the network service hotline and request for a configuration setting
Sounds like you may need to update your configuration settings. If you are not using an unlocked phone a master reset should do it. If this doesnt work call your carrier they should be able to update your browser settings
