Hello,
Had the same issue with this Walkman. You need to know about soldering techniques. This is what I did to fix it.Open the Walkman (4 small screws to the back two of which are located in the battery compartment). Unsolder the pin on the switch to the right and solder the other two pins together. The key symbol on the display turned off and I was able to access all the buttons and controls.Apparently the switch was faulty...don't need it anyway! Hope it works for you. Good luck!

in LG type phones, this actually easy.. first the easy part is to activate your bluetooth. check also your settings and your bluetooth name for you to know your device. if it is a phone to phone transmission, both must be activated. choose the picture but notice a bluetooth symbol on top of your screen usually beside the clock should be activated or moving. go to options then choose send.. there will be choices like infrared, bluetooth, etc. of course, choose bluetooth. it will re access and prompt the you and the receiver the bluetooth detected. then done.
Here is a link to the user manual for the SV600R. http://www.giantintl.com/ContentManage/manuals/Moto/SX600%2012-21-07.pdf Follow the instructions to reprogram the affected radio.
Note: The problem you are describing may not be simply programming. The radio problem may be non-reversible. You might also try a new battery, or switch the battery from the other unit for a test, just to see if the battery is bad.
There is a button on the remote labeled display that must be hit to remove the on screen display. You can use any Sony TV remote so you may want to check out GoodWill for a used one. Sony also has a universal available but it may be hard to find, maybe Radio Shack. There is no other way of turning off the OSD.
I can see where this feature can seem somewhat inconsistent. But if you think of it like a phone ringing, it is easier to understand. Once you have answered the phone, the phone stops ringing. And the person who called you never experiences a ring on their end.
VibraCall® Alert
Page 26: VibraCall is a vibrating alert that notifies you that your radio is receiving a message. This is useful in noisy environments. When the alert is on, the radio
vibrates once every 30 seconds when you receive a message on the channel and
code you set.
• To turn vibrating alerts on, press menu until the vibrating radio symbol is displayed, then press the plus (+) button to display the letter Y for Yes.
• To turn vibrating alerts off, press menu until the vibrating radio symbol is displayed, then press the minus (-) button until the minus symbol (-) is displayed.
