I think the laptop is a HP G62. Check for the actual model number. If it is a G62 it should say G62 followed by some other numbers like G62-100EB then google the memory for it. I think it should be DDR3

When referencing to a computer; desktop or laptop; the inference should be to the model number.

With an HP it's the Product Number.

Hi.

The HP G62 does not have jumpers on the motherboard to short the CMOS/BIOS to reset it, all you can do is turn the laptop upside down and then remove battery and the memory & wifi cover, under that cover you will see a black, round penny shaped item with red wires coming from it. Follow the wires and unplug it. That is the CMOS/BIOS or RTC battery, leave both the main battery and the CMOS battery out for at least 10 minutes. Below is a picture for you to refer to.

You can pull the key from the keyboard by wiggling it back and forth and pulling gently, like a loose tooth. One it's out, you can position the key back onto the spot where it belongs and then push it on. It may take a few tries, but as long as the connector isn't broken, you should be able to get it back on.

This sounds like you have most of your memory used up. what yo need to do is, Click- Start- Control panel- Performance and maintenance- Free up space on your hard disk- cick all the boxes-, Ok
If this does not work you may need defrag your laptop. OR maybe you have to many progams on your laptop, so you may need to delete some that you dont use.
