Hi there. It sounds like the speaker on your phone is broken! Try enabling speakerphone and see if that works. If it does, then your phone speaker is definitely broken and you should take your phone into your carrier to try and get it fixed. If you don't have speaker phone, I would still go to your carrier and ask for a repair. Alex
The speaker is faulty, either damaged, or disconneted from the board.
This would have to be fixed by a local phone repairer.
Make sure that the repairer knows his job well so as for him not to damage the phone further. but instead of using the loud speaker for yourt calls, you can use a hands free device to make and receive your calls.
your speaker is blown. if you can put it on speaker phone and hear it is your speaker and you should just get a new phone or have it replaced if it was not your fault, but a faulty phone.
Try to replace your earphone and then switched off and on your phone before using the new earphone, If same problem arise you should bring it to your service provider to check the phone. thanks and have a nice day
check to make sure ther is nothing blocking the speakers. Did you leave on the plastic covers that come with the phone. Also you can clean the speakers with a toothbrush. Do your self a favorite and get a can of air and then blow out the speakers and the mics . Make sure their is nothing inside the holes.dust does have a tendency to get in all phones. If this doesn't solve your problem their is a warranty center number inside your phone to call so you can get it replace. Hope this help
more than likely the connection inside the phone for the speaker has broken or become loose. I would recommend taking to your cell phone provider and seeing if they have any means of fixing or replacing the phone.
hi im josh a mobile phone technician in cebu phils, may i help you? Friend if that would be your prblem that your speaker won't work then that is very simple.A speaker is a hardware in the cellphone that cannot be damage easily but always be foreseen as damage because it is very sensitive especially when the phone was dropped. Friend the problem of your speaker is only a disconnection the filament of the speaker to the board is disconnected or misaligned. all you have to do is firmly screwed the phone properly and dont use casing the may tighten very much your phone coz this may cause disconnection.just tighten firmly correctly the screw of the phone.it will solve the problem. good luck. vote me so that i will know if i helped you so.thanks
If the phone is a Katana II, there is a known issue on these phones and if you take it to a sprint service and repair store they will fix it or replace it for free.
