Did the toshiba tech updated to latest firmware?
Need to isolate is the pc, printer driver, soft copy issue.

172. (R,M). Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was lean - Single, Right or Rear HO2S - Fuel control .... 583. (M). Fuel pump current was excessive - Power / Fuel Pump Circuits ..niether one of these issues would prevent the engine from turning over, but if one came into the shop not cranking, look at the batery, jump it to eliminate it as a possiblity, and then turn to the starter

printnowgrap ; Code 583-001, try to clean the sensor from the finisher, there is a 3 guide before the paper comes out in the exit tray of finisher.that 3 guide moving up and down......Goodluck....

it's a finisher related code,
there are tray motor or sensor is faulty in the finisher,
clean the sensor & check the tray motor rotation.

We are getting in Canon IRC3220 E000020-460 and sometime
E000020-4a0 Codes.
