are you referring to a phone? If yes, it means the mouth piece (mic) of the phone is defective or maybe dust or an object is blocking the mouth piece hole.

You need to disassemble the phone and clean the mouth piece part. And if that doesn't help, replace the mouth piece.

Or you can use handsfree (earphone) with the phone pending the time you fix the mouth piece problem.

The reason, no one can hear you on the other end is simply because there is a problem with the mouth piece of your phone.

It must have fallen or hit a hard object so the mouth piece is faulty.

You can use an external earpiece for the time being before you get the mouth piece replaced.

Replacing the mouth piece, you need to get a compatible replacement mouthpiece then unscrew the phone, try to get to the mouth piece and disconnect it from the phone and replace it with the new one you get for it.

The fault should be from the mouth piece of your phone.

Use a phone screw driver to loose the phone, remove the mouth piece and clean the phone board, especially the mouth piece area of the board. Put the mouth piece back and make sure it contacts the phone board very well. Couple back the phone and test it.

If it still gives the same fault, the I think you need to change the mouth piece completely.

If you cannot get another mouth piece, then I would advice you get a hearphone to receive and make calls for the main time, till you get another mouth piece.
