Try tapping on the changer. Sometimes a gear gets stuck inside the changer and tapping on the changer frees the gear.

2009 Toyota Yaris. My cd player was playing but when I start the car again it stop and eject the disc but didn't want to take any cd disc after that.

Car CD Players get dusty from road grime. Buy a CD Cleaning Disc and run it is a couple of times. The laser that reads the tracks is much lower power, and if it can't read the whole tracking system, it ejects the CD. The cleaning disc has little brushes that cleans the optic lenses.

Why does CD player read disc, then ejects?

It tries but can't read the disc, then it ejects it. If CD player plays other discs OK, then it is the disc. If it won't play anything there is a problem with the CD player.

Blu ray player won't play or eject disc

If you want to eject the CD you need to look on the front of the Blu-Ray drive for a small hole, about the size of a pencil-lead. If you open a paper clip and insert it, it should pop the drive open for you.

Sony CDP-C910 will no longer play cds or eject changer cartridge

Mine did the same thing. My player was primarily used in the garage and the cold weather may have caused my player to do the same thing. I just fixed my player. I removed the top cover and looked at the CD in the play position. In the upper right corner from the CD, you will see a spindle motor with a belt on it. Gently spin the motor back and forth carefully with your finger. I rotated it a half-spin in either direction, careful not to dislodge the belt. When I turned the player back on, the mechanism operated as it normally would and began playing the disc. I was able to eject and reinsert the magazine without any issues, solving the problem. Hopefully that will work for you.

How to fix the ERR1 in Toyota Yaris CD Player

Error #1 means unreadable disc.

This condition appears a few reasons:
- Burned disc. These players don't always like burned CD's. Try burning your discs slower (like 8x instead of 40x, yes this makes a difference) or using higher quality CD-R's. Made in Japan discs are the best (Taiyo Yuden). Yes this also makes a difference.
- Dirty or scratched disc.
- Dirty Laser. I've had really good luck with those CD cleaners. It is a CD with some small brushes on the bottom. Worth a shot.
- Deck is plain junk.

Additionally, in this lnk could find other details about fix-error-1-cd-player.html

Hi , can you help me, my JVC car CD player doesn't play the cd ,it takes few seconds trying to read and then ejects the disc.

If this is only occuring when you try to play burned discs, try burning them at a slower rate (2x or 4x)
If this is occuring with storebought discs, You'll need to clean your laser lens. Cleaner Cd's are available from pretty much everywhere that sells Discs.
