Just today when I tried to play my CDs in my car, i hit the CD button and a message of "NO" then "DJ" appeared on the radio screen. I am under the assumption DJ meant Disc Jam but am not sure. I took the CDs out, reinserted and same thing......... I did this a few times just to be sure they were in properly etc, never had this problem before and am wondering if anyone can help me out w/ what might be causing this.
Thanks
Brenda

Re:
HI
when you put the mag in does it try to load? ie does the cd select the trays?
if not then it sounds like you have a faulty unit and will need to get it repaired.

sounds like the lens is dirty -try this out you kow them cans of stuff they use to clean keyboards with its like filtered air or something -try to blow out the guts of the cd changer with one of them cans and maybe it will help with functionality do the same with the cartridge emtied out and then run a cd lens cleaner disc and see if that does the trick-
Just accumulated dust can cause issues with the reader pickup I'm not sure what T99 means but if you want to spend $35-90 to fix it, it would be worth it.

Changer Error Codes
? E-00: Poor Cable connection.
? E-01: Magazine not properly set in changer.
? E-02: No Disc in magazine.
? E-03: CD does not have selected track number.
? E-04: Disc is dirty, upside down or unreadable.

I suggest the lens needs a clean, or someone has dropped it and broken the delicate lens mech.
