Question about Kenwood KDC-7024 CD Player
When powered on, all the unit will do is open for about 5 seconds, briefly show the words 'Code Off', and then close for about 5 seconds, and then continually repeat this cycle. Any thoughts?
Yes, in fact, I believe the ribbon cable is bad. A new one can be ordered from www.kenwoodparts.com Hope that helps! Any assistance with taking the unit apart will best be found in the service manual!
