My tv turned off an on continously. I replaced a condensor C901 and now it stays on with a black screen and a bright white horizontal line. I replaced condensor C421 and have resoldered the vertical IC. I have sound and can run channels. Can some one help?
Do some voltage checking on the ic and make sure that volages are reaching there, about 32 volts. if it is reaching, then you can change the ic there. but before you do that, check around that ic and make sure everything is ok there. good luck
