Okay, I bought my mp3 player Sandisk Sansa mp3 player on my birthday which was 2 weeks ago and everything was going great. However, it has started working up by not letting me upload any more songs because they are corrupted or can't find the disk file. Also, these random files popped up now in my mp3 player saying "A", "b", and "f" which I can't delete either because they have no location on the thing. I keep thinking these random folders are viruses, but when I scanned them it said they weren't.
I have no clue what to do with this, the songs I want to upload from my computer keep saying they're corrupted or unreadable but work just fine in my case. I'd like some assisstance on this, please?

You should be able to hold the power button (as if you were turning it on) for 20-25 seconds, which will shut it off completely. It should work as if nothing happened when you turn it back on again. Hope this works for you!!
