Right click your desktop and look for display settings, you want to change the resolution to one that is small enough for screen but large enough to read still.

(Deleting Photos)
1. Press the RETURN button four times. (This is the button that appears to have a half box with an arrow coming out of it.)
2. Using your LEFT or RIGHT arrow buttons, scroll to FILE and press the OK button. **Now you should have a split screen view. File names on the left, and a small thumbnail view of the selected file name on the right.
3. Scroll down until the photo you want to delete shows as a small thumbnail to the right of the split screen view.
4. Press the LEFT arrow button until the small icon to the LEFT of the file name changes colors.
5. Once this is done, press the RIGHT arrow to display the delete menu.
6. Scroll to DELETE and press the OK button
**You may have to press the OK button again to confirm your selection. **This photo should now be deleted and you can proceed to the next photo for deletion. Move on to the next picture and repeat steps 1 - 6.
You cant, it is showing when the screen is not large enough to show the whole page.
If there was no scroll, you would not be able to see the part of the screen that is not visible
Press the F11 button to get full screen.
To return back to normal screen, press the F11 button again.
You can also hold down the CTRL key on the keyboard and Scroll down the scrolling button on the mouse.
To revert to normal , again hold the CTRL button on the keyboard and scroll upwards.
this is a graphics card issue. you need to google search for a driver specifically for that tv resolution. Other options will be to check the tv can be set in computer mode. or change to wide screen option to enable the entire view to be seen. Have a play around its an easy fix.
With IE or Mozilla browser, go to view, zoom, & change setting.

If you press the Blazer box in the upper left of the screen you will get the menu. Go to options and click on the wide page option. You will have to scroll from left to right to view the whole page. When you are done viewing wikipedia just go back to options and choose optimized mode to return to normal.
