The problem is most probably with your internet provider, having trouble connecting to yahoo china. You can use Open DNS as nameservers, tho. This gives you a better chance connecting to yahoo china and other websites you're having trouble connecting. CAUSE: Worn mylar.
SOLUTION: Refer to bulletin 3135 which pertains to the transfer drum joint Mylar.

If you can find a Konica Minolta dealership that can get the part or have tech come out and look at it A VETERAN (NOT MILITARY)Tech you have legacy Minolta now Konica Minolta, CF was first generation color. The mylar is dealing with the Transfer drum the big clear drum next to the drum.

Description:
Intermittent C-3250, C-0210, or C-0230 codes occur during pre-drive.
Solution:
CAUSE: Worn mylar.

SOLUTION: Refers to the transfer drum joint Mylar.
SOLUTION: Replace the mylar (P/N 1144-4511-02)
