I attempted to hook up my surround sound to a new tv only to discover the speakers were not responding. I found fuse #106 and #107 blown. I replaced the fuses and they promptly blew again. I haven't had any luck finding a service manual so that I can investigate further on my own.

Your problem is A blown output IC.. This should be taken to an authorized repair center. If you know how to service solid state electronics. Go to http://www.rca.com amd find an authorized parts house and order your manual from there. Or try http://www.partstore.com If you dont find it online there get the number and call them. Good Luck
