Hello, I purchased the 2005 Zippy around Thanksgiving, and it has only opened once as described in the manual and website. It is suppossed to be the easiest one handed opening stroller on the market, yet I have to jiggle and wrestle the darn thing open, putting my leg up on the lock down bar as I press the finger trigger mechanism. All this for $275 !!! I bought it to make my life easier, but since Inglesina's customer service is so frustratingly poor, I turn to you. Except for the opening mechanism, the stroller is fine and runs smoothly. No problems closing it. Any help would much appreciated. Thanks for your time, Teresa
