After a half of year good work my player sudenly began to do strange things. Some button make not their functions(when I press to rise vlome it begins to rewind song), and some buttons don't work at all. Doesn't work menu button, rewind and forward buttons. In the official service center I was told that it's a software problem, but they can't do anything as they don't have new software. Tell please, how can be solved this problem.
There is no reset button on this player. I couldn't find any.

Press
the reset button for more than one second with a pointed tool to reset
the Network Walkman series .Any audio files stored in the memory/the
clock setting will not be erased by resetting the unit
