Software demage may be problem, fi keyboard dont work and no incomming call is possible better way is to reprogram (reflash) it. Such things may happend when using some applications which can damage phone OS (symbian in your case). If you can reprogram and have experience reprogram yourself but best way is to take to customers care.

i have Phone Nokia E65 uith flasing screen and split in haf two diferent imagine an clear .
The problem was start after i recive fhone call .

hi i had the same problem after replacing the lcd.the solution is to flash/update the software of your phone with the nokia software updater.did that to my e65 today and its back to normal.good luck.

this can be fix by:
1.software solution - first, try to re-flash or reprogrammed your phone. be sure to flash it with the new firmware version. See nokia service center.

2. hardware solution - this can be done by your service center personnel.

ok u need to check ur wirin in the phone.......if the wirin is proper ....check ur battery condition.....and switch off ur cel phone for 5 mins and restart ....

I was just upgrading the Nokia software on my E65, connected with USB, charged and connected to charger for backup... and the phone just went dead. I've tried everything to get it going again including taking the batery out and outting it back in aain, holding the on/off button down for a minute - and nothing is happening. The screen is dead. Is Nokia's new upgrade causing this? I see two other posts to this site with the same problem in the past 24 hours. The upgrade was posted on Nokia.com 24 hours ago. my mail is [email protected]

try to check the sensor light on the upper left part and press it maybe its a little loose only....because i had the same problem a while ago and when i press the one connected to the sensor light.... a small brown board, it works properly...maybe yours is a little loose also....no need to pay try this one first....
