Maysie, This is a Speaker problem (hardware problem), show some official repairer to change or fix it, but temporary you can use headphone or Bluetooth to communicate by your device. Best of Luck.

HI, IT IS THE EAR PIECE THAT IS BAD...TRY REPLACE THE EAR PIECE..BUT BEFORE YOU DO THAT YOU CAN STILL BE MAKING USE OF HANDS FREE DEVICE..

Is not something so serious, the problem is that the mouth piece of your phone is bad that is why the cannot hear your voice.
I advice you get the mouth piece of your phone replace because it is bad and that is why your callers cannot hear you.

All you need to do is to change the mouth piece of your phone and you will see that your callers will hear after you have replace the mouth piece of your phone.

Meanwhile, you can get hands free pending the time you will replace the mouth piece of your phone.

Take care.

Go in phone to setting then go to bluetooth and press it then select voice routing incoming hands-free

1. This isn't a problem of the settings.
2. The handset speaker is faulty.
3. Change it. Everything will be fine

This is a common problem with phones that are designed primarily for games and internet use. The voice part just does not work as well. That said, I have a few suggestions for you. First, if you are using speaker phone switch it off. If you are not using speaker phone switch it on. The speaker button is in the bottom right had corner of the keypad. there is problem inside ur phone. the speaker which gives sound to listen in caller's voice that has spoiled. take it to technician it need to be replaced
