14 year old visits, doesn't comprehend tv/av button and does something beyond my abilities to correct. Screen is black, but audio is available through all inputs. 'BLOCK' is ON under TV menu, but will not allow to turn OFF. Oh yeah, of course I no longer possess the manual or the remote. Slick. Please advise. Over.
Only thing I can tell you here is contact proton. This is a hard company to get any customer service from after you buy a product . I also may suggest go back to where you bought the set, maybe they have a servicer who can get you an owners m,anual and give you the info your looking for.
