Warning message being displayed when magicjack is plugged

Even though the USB is recognised, I get a warning message:
Warning:You must plug magicJack into USB

    Yep when ever i plug in magicjack it is being recongnised as a storage device and it says that magicjack has to be plugged in and i dont get any dailer pls help

My Magic Jack was working fine. One day I got some viruses in my computer and I ran setup CD.After that magic jack is not working, it always display "Warning you must plug magic jack into usb".
I tried to chat with tech persons so many times and tried many methods but when they say "now unplug and plug in" , then magic jack home page opened on chating window (always) and stopped chating.

and still I'm getting same 'warning' message.

I changed computers now magicjack will not come on
On a new computer, you have to reinstall the magicjack software.
When you plug the magicjack into a USB port for the first time, you should get a message about installing software.
Something like: "Install or run program from your media".
If you powering the Magicjack directly from the wall AC and are not using a USB port, be sure the ethernet and phone lines are both connected.

Magicjack upgrade
If it is not recognised by the computer, then it may be conflicting with another USB device or anti-virus software.
Magicjack is an internet device, you must be connected to the Internet to use it. Check your internet access by opening the browser and going to googles home page. The magic jack device should be plugged in to the USB port and .will be shown as enabled in the device manager (under the control panel).
If you are still having problems check your account is still valid by
logging into the website with your email/telephone number and
password.

Magic Jack frequently loses connection even though it should stiil work when offline
To use without computer plug ethernet cord into magicjack otherend into router plug phone in to magicjack plus plug magic jack plus int power adapter plug power adapter into power outlet should work but does not no calls in or out in reverseorder and has to be online with internet conection .

I unhook my magicjack from my computer now i cant get\r\nit back
Try restarting the system and plug it again, wait for few seconds till it loads, also make sure you have internet connection online.

If this doesnt work, try following support

This is the fix that worked:
please download and Run the remover :
