I forgot the password to unblock channels. what do i do?

You can request a new password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the Facebook login page. They will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

just click the forgot password link on the log in page and go through the password reset process.
just make sure you have the contact email in your facebook account.

• You can click "Forgot password" when trying to put in the password.
• This will send your password to the email you put in.

The channel block option is located in the Parental Controls menu. If a password has not been set, the default password is "0000" if a password has been set but you do not know it, press "7777"

You didn't specify the model number of the TV but many Insignia's TVs use 9999 as a master password which you can use to unblock channels or reset the password if you forget the one you set. 0000 is the default password, but this can't be used after setting your own.

Please try the 2 passwords above. If you are still unable to unlock the TV or need help with changing the password, or parental control settings, please post back with the full model number of your TV for further assistance.

Lost password ? In the password screen (see page 54), enter the following master password: 4357. The master password clears your previous password; it cannot be used to temporarily unblock channels.

Try this:
On Remote Press Channel Up And Volume Down At The Same Time For 5 Seconds. Then Enter 0000 As Your New Password.

You can always input 9443 to regain control if you forgot the password or if you want to change the password.
