DVD I have a SuperScan TV/VCR/DVD. The DVD tray will no open. I have a CD in the DVD tray. How can I get the DVD tray to open? I have a owners manual but it does not have a suggestion for me to try. I do not have a repair manual. Thanks, Bill

You must opend the set to remove manualy the cd, the mecanims coul be staket, or a damage driver circuit is causing the problem, I has found both in the past, any how dont doit your self if you dont know about tvs, there are verry dangerous parts in tv circuit, get a tech....good luck

Samsung DVD-VR375 says "load" but tray for DVD/VCR won't open

I think you have problem in DVD deck assembly the owner manual won't help you if still under warranty bring back to Samsung if out of warranty you can buy the DVD deck from Samsung and replace by yourself

the vcr tape mechanism may not be all the way up or the tape sensors need to be cleaned or replaced
