More information is needed.....But, it sounds like you are trying to turn off/change the ring tone of an incoming call. It's easy to do, I left you a download link for the manual below.

Here are the steps to change your ring tone:

1. Leave the hand-set on the cradle
2. Now just press the flash key repeatedly to scroll through all the different ring tones or to turn it off.

Press SET. Press UP to select Set 8 Speech. Press Set again to confirm. Screen will show default setting SPEECH ON. press Up or DOWN to select ON/OFF. Press SET to confirm newetting

Here is the fix for that problem...

1st click the set button on the bottom left of the keypad. Press the "up" button (located to the right of the the keypad) until you get to option number 7 IPP. Click the set button again (so you can change the settings for that option) and press the down button to turn off the option. Click the set button one more time and finally press the delete button to get out of your settings mode. No More beep, beep, beep......
