Master reset code for M600i
The security code can be changed and still be in effect with all locks off. Try 6 0's (000000). I didn't see that listed in the things you've attempted. If its been changed, the only way to determine that is to contact the previous owner and see if they remember it. If not, it will have to have all new software written to the phone. Basically like a format / reinstall.
