Nokia 3110 model Phone video not running when taking form computer, showing file format not supported

Hi Teddy.
Regarding the issue you have with the memory card & the error message showing on the phone. It could be that the memory card you're using is not compatible with the phone model that you have.

Every phone has it's own maximum size of the memory card compatible to it.
E.x. A phone could only support up to 2Gb, but your memory card size is 4Gb.

You could contact your phone manufacturer & ask the maximum size of the memory card allowed for your phone.

If your memory card is compatible with your phone, you could just proceed in formatting the memory card on your phone.
**WARNING**
Formatting the memory card will erase everything saved in it.

your nokia 3110 classic has 9mb internal and up to 2GB external memory limit. try formatting your external when you connect your phone to either laptop or desktop after you have backed up all the necessary files. remove the connection safely and transfer one photo or music from phone memory to your device's external using your phone...just for the system to create folders for you. right after connect your phone to your computer and start copying or transferring files to your device's external on the proper folders.... email me if this worked thanks! Please first resset the phone to make sure there are no errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

To format type *7370# and press yes and wait until the phone restarts.

hi gud mrng,use nokia higher models like 5800 or 5233 insert ur memory card and go to file manager select memory options format memory card problem will be solved

This problem comes when you memory card is somehow got corrupted, what you can do is simply take out the memory card from the mobile phone and put in the separate external memory card reader, take the backup of your data from memory card, You will notice that the file size of the folders will be lesser than the memory used shown in the phone. This is because of temporary or corrupt files acquire the space of memory card
Again insert your memory card in the phone and Go to Menu>Gallery>Select Memory card>Options>Format memory card, it will format your memory card, switch reboot your phone,
Copy back the data of your memory card , and open music player now it will update your library automatically,
PS, you can take the backup of your memory card, by plugging your phone with the computer and select as Mass Storage Device, and you will be able to access your memory card as a Flash Drive, Run Antivirus scan also if there is any virus will be deleted automatically
PS. Always Keep the backup on external source for data safety

you have connected your cad to infected PC. It is type of virus which makes files in every external driver in every folder (approximetelly 250KB 160~350kb) and this file is virus of course. have folder mark but is executable and after execute also makes "its clones". If you can access simply delete this file, also update your antivirus software for latest updates to prevent unwanted softs.

was not supporting 4 GB memory card.
maximum 2 GB memory card support on nokia 3110.

I tried to work on it and come to one solution thougn with a lengthy procedure.
First format your card.
Click photos using Phone Memory as target folder.
Create a sub folder in your memory card.
Move your picture into that subfolder of memory card by marking the photo. Don't move the picture directly, but use the "Open Folder" function of Memory Card in Options when "Select the folder" is displayed.
