Was about to suggest the same, to to Asda or other supermarket and get the cheapest bag of rice like £1 maybe and leave it overnight also make sure u do it in a sealed container and that should try draw moisture better.
Ive heard people say many times to put cell phones in a bowl of dry white rice to remove moisture from them,so Im sure it would work for a watch as well. Just make sure to leave the watch in the rice over night, and make sure to have none of the watch showing in the rice---it will need to pull moisture from within the tiny parts.

The film is from moisture getting into your watch. Moisture can get in one of 3 ways generally. The crystal if cracked, the crown, or the back. In your case since you have buttons for the mulch-functions of the watch you add a possible place for moisture to enter. Take the watch to a watchmaker or watch repair person. Your watch has to be taken out of the case and the case needs to be cleaned. Next the watch tec. may be able to see just where the seals failed and replace them. We of course do this. Also if the gasket is old or out of shape this is a culprit as well.
Hope this helps, gabe
the crystal is not properly attached it may have tiny opening where moisture goes inside. you have to bring it to watch service center immediately to avoid much bigger problem. i hope i had been helped you.
you will need to get it professionally installed since you need to install it properly and have it sealed to prevent water or moisture from entering inside watch . I would say to have it done professionally around 35 dollars. I am pretty sure that the glass is at least mineral .
if you want to try it yourself you can buy online from esslinger or other similar watch parts stores.
place the watch in a bag of minute rice for a day or so and check to see when its becomes clear. this tip,i will guarantee it to work in no more than a few days. be sure to loosen the stem and even the back acess to the battery to insure the moisture can escape from the watch
Usualy there are screw at the bottom.
If there are no screws at all. that means the lighter is assembled in 'click-on' way and you have to use your imaginary engineering skills.
Start with a part which looks attached to lighter the last.
