1-800-256-0687 is Magic Jack customer service. Make sure they have your email . We get an email when our time is about to expire. If you're happy with your service consider a 3 or 5 yr plan. It's more cost effective. We've been customers for almost 5 yrs and have never had a bit of problem. Good luck.

I had to change the magicJack email to an AOL account for some reason. Maybe this is why. It's been a while.

please follow the instructions.

1.install the IP surveillance
2.Go to 'my network places'
start---->control panel---->my network places
3.You will see your device


4.Double click it you wil get a window like this...



5.Click on the configration button.
6.you wil get this page...


7.please select 'Advanced'(this is on the top)-------->Network(this on the left hand side)
8.In this page you have an option called as'1st recipient email adress'.please enter your adress and click on 'apply'
