Replaced convergence STK's as well as resistors. TV fired up with good picture for about 3 min. then flickered and I lost blue gun vertical adjustment. Pulled board out and one of the new resistors had failed. (could tell cause it was burnt and now I can tell what the rating was) Original resistors were good but have read that when you replace STK's it is a good plan to replace resistors. Unfortunately I did not save the old resistors. Any assistance greatly appreciated Brett

Yes, it does not happen often but you may have installed or got a new chip that is bad--you did apply heat sink compound to the new chips?
Check all the resistors carefully when you do this and double check all the soldering you do.
