MT1000 serial number tell me the model?

If it isn't on a tag on the bottom then it is likely missing.

Note down ALL the numbers on compliance tags under the hood and give them to the dealer / manufacturer and they will retrieve the code off there system

Please check the model number of the radio. If the radio has a data tag, provide model and serial number.

It depends on the model number. Whirlpool started building 25 cu.ft over ten years ago and the model is still being produced. Please find the serial and number printed on the refrigerator service tag and give us the complete model number along with serial number. The model number will tell us the initial date of production, the serial number tells us the date of production of the specific unit. Here whirlpool date codes explained. To find the service tag check in locations illustrated below.

This error message means that there is software/hardware problem. It can be that you have not programmed it in the right way. So, an error occurred while you were programming it. It's better to reset the unit.

Are you using a RIB-less cable, or using a RIB (Radio Interface Box)? This error appears to have more to do with hardware than software or radio.
