Win xp laptop won't run programs fro Start menu

Either your system is really corrupted, or you've got a virus. The only think that comes to mind is to go to task manager, find explorer.exe and click End Process, then click File > New Task (Run...) and type explorer.exe. This will reload explorer and possibly fix the issue.

When i try to send a text it says maximum number of appications reached

Press the middle button and click on 'end all' on the tasks running screen. If that does not solve your issue, try shutting the phone down, and removing the battery for 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.

I formated my system.now without driver i couldnot get net connection and also sound card

Hi, you have to "Update Drivers" the system is like new so there are "Hardware and Software" items that have to be updated, and or "reinstalled." This what you need to do; click on the "start button," scroll to find "Windows Updates," open it and have it "scan" for updates. I will tell you now this may take a while, so you have to be very patient with the process. You will have alot of "stuff" that will need to be updated. Now! There is a more direct approach that you can take to focus on just the areas of immediate concern. "Internet Connection and Sound. First, for the "Sound," open the "Start Menu" select the Control Panel, in the next window, click on the "Hardware and Sound" category. Next select "Manage audio devices." In the "General" area, click on the Speaker Icon, when the "Properties" highlighted, click on it to open, click on the "Driver Button." Next, click on the "Update Driver" button. Note: Click on "Apply, OK, and Save ("if present?; this will make sure the application is completed correctly"). Go back to the "Control Panel" and choose the "Internet status and tasks," the wording made differ from systems being used, open the window, in the (left) Tasks area, choose "Diagnose and Repair" first! If all goes well, Great! If Not? Go back to the Control Panel and apply the different "Tasks," Note: "Always restart the computer after making changes to the computer so that the changes can take effect properly. "Rating the solution will let me know if it helped or you may need further assistance, thank you."

Wireless connection has dissapeared

If there is a wireless icon on the Task Bar then right click on the icon and then click on Repair (this will get the wireless router to issue your computer with a new IP address)
If you don't have a Icon on the Task Bar then go to the Control Panel - Network Connection and right click on the Wireless connection and then Repair.
If this doesn't work, take a note of the error messages and give me the details, then I can give further instructions.
