Question about Kenmore 75863 Stainless Steel Gas Kitchen Range
In most cases with this model the ignitor has failed. It has to draw a certain amount of amps to open the gas valve. You can test it with a clamp on ammeter to see if it is drawing at least 3.2 amps. Even though some will still glow, they still won't draw enough to open the valve. It's pretty safe to say its' your ignitor giving you the problem. Part number is WB13K0004. This is not a hard job, just remove the oven bottom panel and flame spreader and you will be looking right at it...Catriver, post back.

Hello Dan, thank you for your post!
I understand that the bottom drawer of your Electrolux range will not close and it partially open. It is possible that your rail or drawer may be damaged or blocked. I would recommend pulling the drawer out to inspect it. If you pull the drawer out there should be tabs on the side to unlock in order to remove the drawer fully. The model number you have provided is invalid you can locate the model number on the serial tag. The serial tag can be found on the frame of the drawer. I look forward to assisting you. -Matt
