On my stroller there is a little plastic piece just above the front wheels.  If you push it to the left it will lock the wheels.  Push it back to the right to unlock the wheels.  You may have to push a little hard to move it.

When in 'swivel' mode front wheel turns wildly making it difficult to control and even stops the buggy when the wheel 'stick' at right angles to the buggy

In normal use, the front wheel needs to swivel freely - then this stroller's drive is easy and manageable with one hand (we know from extensive use with 2 kids and shopping on board).

The front wheel normally can not collide with the car. If the wheel assembly / lock is not correctly inserted, it can lock / unlock uncontrolled: try to disengage and mount the front wheel unit again.

Unsufficient tire pressure can also detoriate the drive.

Easy folding for Peg Perego Pliko Matic Stroller

I fought with mine stroller at the consignment store and no one else could figure it out. But I loved it and was willing to keep it open to have it. I tried the instruction but couldn't maneuver the three handles at same time so I stood in front of the stroller and tipped it forward. Immediately it began folding when I pulled the black handle buttons (on either side)upwards then the handle on the back. It will collapse and fold up. At the bottom on either side above the wheels are latches to secure to keep the stroller together. Amazing!

I saw this jogger without the front wheel on Saturday at a consignment store. The seat looks brand new and I believe it was green. Let me know if you still need it and I will check the price.

Combi Stroller - Can front wheels be replaced?

We loved our combi at first, but now both wheels are bad. We used to recommend the stroller because of it being so compact, but HATE the wheels. They should recall them or at least revise them.

My jogging stroller shakes

Well, i'm not positive in this, seeing how I never had kids, but while jogging are you pushing down harder on the stroller? or you could look for smaller wheels to put it on, but then again you might have'ft to bend over to do it, and if the handle which you push is tall that has to do with force viberating the stroller
