Print preview shows up blank and blue!!??

Try reinstalling the printer drivers.

just check your printer windows7 suitable if not search the crack of windows 7 maybe the problem is there

I found the answer in another post that didn't come up with my initial search. In case someone else needs to know, just go into your printer properties, the advanced tab, click the print processor button

go onto the hp printers website n downlaod the step by step how to manual. its shows how to do everything

check you installer if is compatible for window 7.if ever not compatible.go to HP.com to find and download a new driver..

Try using the HP Print Diagnostic Utility in Windows - HP Customer Care (United States - English).

ok let your c6180 continue the way it is now re-install your officejet k8600.
and do not switch of the other printer while doing this..
If you need any help either ask me or contact hp customer support at 1800-474-6836 and they will give you phone assistance and if u have a high internet connection then they will also be able to take a remote session with your computer and make both printers work while you can sit back and relax and watch what is happening.

what has happened here is your new all in one printer has taken the wireless settings of your officejet printer.
so when you reinstall the officejet printer then the officejet printer will automatically detect and create its own wireless settings diffrent from the photosmart printer and both will then work.Cheers and hope you have a wonderful year ahead of you
