HP PSC 1600 and 2350 Series - Paper Jam or Paper Feed Problems"
When the all-in-one detects a paper jam, the following message appears: Paper jam: Press OK to continue . The computer might display the following message: There is a paper jam (or misfeed). Clear the jam and press the Enter, Resume or OK button on the HP PSC.
This document will assist in correcting paper-feed problems such as paper jamming, print slanting, and multiple pages feeding into the all-in-one.

I have the same problem with a new psc 1610. The paper is not grabbed. Their might be a sticky spray for the rubber rollers to help? Handfeeding each page currently (sigh). All else works well though. good luck.

its not a paper jam.... It says
Load more paper and press the Enter, Resume or OK button on the hp psc.... but my printer has paper and i tried cleaning the rollers, but it still does not want to feed paper. I'm using the hp psc 1610
My HSP PC1610 is claiming to be out of paper even though the paper tray is full (i've tried varying amounts) and the paper doesn't have any creases etc
Accidentially pulled out the paper tray of my EPSON 7250 printer. How do I put it back in?
