Samsung printer ML2010 has online error with a red light how do I fix it?

i have changed the ink powder so i have a good quailty printing ... but when i used another kind the problem appaer again

LED pattern Possible Problems and Solutions
Your system has some problems. If this problem occurs,
contact your service representative.
On Line/Error LED
lights red
• Paper jam occurs. To solve the problem, see “Clearing
Paper Jams” on page 5.6.
• The front cover is open. Close the front cover.
• Paper tray is empty. Load the paper in the Tray.
• The toner cartridge is out of toner. Remove the old toner
cartridge and install a new one. See “Installing the Toner
Cartridge” on page 2.4.
• You pressed the Cancel button while the printer is
receiving data.
• In Manual Feed mode, there is no paper in the manual
tray. Load paper into the manual tray.
• If the printer is receiving data, the On Line/Error LED
slowly blinks green.
• If the printer is printing the received data, the On Line/
Error LED blinks green fast.

According to the Manual of ML1610, if the Online/Error light is Red, possible problems are:

• Paper jam occurs.
• The front cover is open. Close the front cover.
• Paper tray is empty. Load the paper in the Tray.
• The toner cartridge is out of toner. Remove the old
toner cartridge and install a new one.

Here;s what I would do, uninstall the Drivers, then re-install the drivers again, see if this improves it, if not you will need to call samsung, **** wish you were in Ct we are Authorized Samsang Dealers.

Sorry I think based on the rules of fixya.com I can't even give you Samsung's number to call for Tech Support, Hey their rules not MINE.

your printer is not inisilize properly. it is a logic card problem.so pls you can repaired it from printer vendor.
