I have an RCA DLP ,R56WH76, it wont' turn on period.

follow the power cord to where it plugs into the small AC filter board on the right side looking in the rear. Check the fuses on that board there is one but some versions of the ITC222 chassis has two fuses on that board.

Rca big screen television 65 inches

the clicking is the relay clicking which is one of the first components when power is applied. Your set will need to be diagnosed by checking the stanby and start up circuitry. Unless you are skilled this is one chassis thats left to a skilled repair tech. They have alot of problems with the power supply and deflection circuits, flybacks and etc.

TV makes chirping noise, won't turn on!

That usually means a problem in the start up or deflection circuits. Diode, Horizontal ouput or driver transformer. What Chassis is this set, and I will be ableto give you some better information. Rca , GE and phillips need to be diagnosedwith the chassis number. Let me know the chassis.

Toshiba TV

Will not power, led blinking
check R640 (1K 1/4w) if open replace ic600 (8-759-670-30)
Standby led blinks slowly, a few times, chassis won't start up
I changed the vertical deflection ic type TDA8170 and I measured two leaky capacitors in the power supply. Better to change all 4 capacitors in the power unit, everything was then ok !

Tv no start up, fuses ok.

Telling someone to get professional help would be the obvious response from a TV repairman who wants to charge someone at least half the cost of TV replacement to fix it. People get on here so the can try and avoid the high cost of tv repair. How about giving advice on how to fix it which is why the got on here to begin with.
