I purchased a Phillips CD445 cordless phone from Walmart in Brockville Ontario on April 4/2008. Niether set will hold a charge for no longer than 4 hours. I took the phones back to Walmart and they instructed me to contact Phillips....so here I am. Would I be able to send the phones back to you for exchange or refund???

Upgrade the batteries to 1000 mAh batteries (factory are 70 mAh) and the phones will hold a charge off the base for up to 7 days once fully charged. Most of my phones stay charged for up to 10 days depending on usage. You can get about 12 of them for $8 on ebay.

NOTE: Hold on to the original batteries should you have a warranty issue as the manual states that using anything but their batteries will void the warranty.

It is possible to send it a request(email or call )before u have to specify very clear about the problem otherwise try first to charge fully and discharge it 2/3 times (u also have the manufacturers/products guarantee on some parts outside the guarantee teh product is buyed)
