When I go to scan the image is vertical lines of distorted colors with some of the origanl image coming through. When I print a black and white copy the page is completely black, some of the original is in the background.
Go to " Dell All in One centre"
Click on maintain/ Troubleshoot on top of the page.
Then click maintain or fix quality problems.
then choose the problem you have.
It should be sorted,

When we print we can see tne type, but it is marked over almost like a black highlighter. Doesn't matter if it is color or black and white.
When I copy a page it will distort the image. Example, a circle is no longer a cirlce, but a 3/4 circle with an elongated side. What would cause this and do I need to purchase a new one, or can it be easily fixed?
