This article provides the self-diagnostic
steps necessary to evaluate top-to-bottom streaks that appear when

When we print we can see tne type, but it is marked over almost like a black highlighter. Doesn't matter if it is color or black and white.
When I copy a page it will distort the image. Example, a circle is no longer a cirlce, but a 3/4 circle with an elongated side. What would cause this and do I need to purchase a new one, or can it be easily fixed?
