I actually have a spare from a camera that I had to return because of battery issues and thinking it was something wrong with the camera itself, but here's my e-mail if you would pay for shipping it to you, I just realized that I have two power adapters for the camera. [email protected] is my e-mail, so e-mail me and we can work something out.

Buy a "np-60" battery on ebay or other store. Some will come with a charger.
You can charge the battery via the usb cable from any working usb port.

are using you suing teh recommended battery KODAK Li-Ion Rechargeable Digital Camera Battery (1050mAh, 1700mAh or higher)?

You may also try to powerup the camera using 5V AC adaptor., IF this failed it means theres a problem on the hardware of the camera
