I'm with T-Mobile and I'm unable to retrieve picture messaging with this phone when one is sent from another cell phone. With my previous T-Mobile brand phone, I was able to receive them without having to purchase the internet browser plan from them, but from this phone, I can't receive them. Is there something special I have to do or do I have to purchase the internet in order to just receive a picture on my phone?
No u dont have to pay for anything all you have to do is send a picture to your self twice this activates the picture texting normally they activate them befor they ship them but sometimes they miss some. hope this helps
