My MP3 player(Samsung Yp-MT6X) stopped palying the songs suddenly and it says 'no files'.. My Mp3 players firm ware version is 1.111.. I tried to upgared the firm ware to the version 2.123.. It upgraded succesfully but when I disconnect the player and connect back to Pc, it is not detecting the device itself.. Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.

My husband says to look at the bottom of the song list and click on the arrow for file choices, make sure you pick MP 3 Files. Then they should come up. Or pick view all files. same result. you should be able to view all files, including MP 3 files.
Download the latest firmware and flash the MP3 player. Make sure you download the correct firmware for your MP3 player and follow the instruction carefully.

you should reinstall your firmware for your player. Go to www.samsung.com, support and enter in the model of your player, select firmware and follow the directions.
I had this same problem bu this seem to fix it.
