If the remote is for the Eclipse product line, you can pick them up at Circuit City for 20 bucks or so.

Go to their website, http://1800customersupport.com/venturer then click on "Car Entertainment" and then select the correct model. On that product page, click on "Click Here for Accessories" (little red box in the middle of the page) and you can buy an authentic replacement remote. Just make sure you order the correct remote, either green or blue.

Do you have any of the codes for this unit? I have tried 3 universal remotes and none will work. Which brand of remote has worked for you?

There are universal remotes available which can be configured to suit almost anything requiring a remote. Also there are some available which will "learn" from another remote but obviously you need the original which maybe the car audio shop can loan you for a couple of minutes. The universal type are really unexpensive. I bought a box of 50 for only $3 each from Ebay.
