Re: Where can I obtain replacement coffee pots?
The following website http://www.medelcoinc.com/ says that they have carafes for over 170 different brands. I did not see yours listed but certainly an email to them may steer you in the right direction. Good luck.

You will find different brand and budget of coffee brewer for home or commercial use. Many brands like Keurig, Cuisinart, Mr coffee, etc. brought many cool brewers is a cheap price. They have a full collection of home, office and hotel service single k cup coffee makers.
Please get the model and date code located on the bottom of the brewer. The machine has a 3 year limited warranty. If the machine is 3 years or less, the machine will be replaced at no cost. If it is over 3 years, then it can be replaced at a reduced cost.
Where is the leak coming from? If it is from the back of the unit or the bottom then it is cracked and you will just need to replace the coffee maker. If it is leaking from the top then it is a seal issue in the water valve that brings the water from the tank and into the coffe filter and into the pot.
ok heres a simple fix if you dont have the money for replacement or cant find parts
J.B.weld from auto parts store this stuff if strong enough to fix a cracked engine block so im sure the pot can get fixed this way
Couldn't find any official Sunbeam site with replacement coffee pots. Here's the Sunbeam homepage. http://www.sunbeam.com/Category.aspx?section=kitchen&cid=243 Maybe you could use the contact us link at the bottom and ask them if they sell them separately. Otherwise, you might have to search on ebay or another site like that for a replacement pot.
Make sure you are using the type of commercial coffee pot like the one in the picture. They don't have to have to be plastic with the metal bottom, they can be all glass. The commercial pots are heavy duty and usually disperse the heat well.
If you are using commercial pots the only solution without replacing the warmers is to put three pennies on the warmer and to put the pot on top of them. The pennies will get hot so don't forget and grab them but the pennies help to move the pot just a little way away from the direct heat.
I have the same problem with my coffee maker, but I purchased mine in Walgreens more than a year. In Walgreens it has a different name (Signature Classics), but I'm sure its exaclty the same as the Haier HDC10LBS. I called and they do have replacements. The model#XQ698LT ITEM#W14A7123 and the Customer Service Phone#1 800 645 3869. The cost should be around $10 with Shipping and handling
