    I CONNOT SEEM TO GET THE STROLLER TO FOLD ALL OF THE WAY. I AM NEEDING TO KNOW HOW TO GET IT TO GO FLAT.

    THE STROLLER DOES NOT FOLD EASILY, IT WILL FOLD, BUT IT IS STILL VERY BULKY. HOW SMALL IS IT SUPPOSED TO FOLD? ALSO IT THERE A WEB SITE FOR THE COMPANY TO GET A MANUAL?

There are red plastic rings on the vertical poles comprising the handle. Pull them up and gently fold the stroller in half.

Trouble opening and collapsing a quinny stroller
The Quinny Buzz can only be folded/unfolded with the seat in the most upright position facing forward. If this is the case and it won't unfold, remove the seat first by pushing down the two grey release buttons either side of the frame. It may be the case that the gas strut (automatic close/opening mechanism) is seized and will need replacing. This can only be done by Dorel UK 01842 763 281 as it is a pressurised unit. Hand Brake not functional
I checked the Baby Trend website and did not see a listing for an Expedition LE Jogger stroller. I did, however, find the Expedition LX as well as several other Expedition joggers with numbers at the end.

Here are instructions to the LX Jogger.

Here are instruction for the Standard Expedition Jogger.

Here are instructions for another version of the Expedition jogger, as well.

You should be able to use one of those to best match your stroller and make sure you have correctly assembled your stroller. Should you need further assistance, they have a customer service line at (800) 328-7363 open from 8:00am to 4:30 pm, pacific coast time.
